Bob has worked in the OR for over 20 years in a variety of different roles. He was a Scrub Tech, Circulator, Team Leader, ICU nurse, and now CRNA . He earned his CRNA degree from Texas Wesleyan University in 2013 and began working at a local hospital in Pensacola, Florida. In 2018 he started BMR anesthesia after identifying that the anesthesia needs of the community were not being met effectively. Over the years he has changed the culture and model of anesthesia for the panhandle of Florida and lower Alabama by employing a model of accountability, safety, best practices, teamwork, clinical excellence, and business ethics. His driving force has been building up those around him so that they can meet their full potential, giving his team a voice, making them heard, and respecting their opinions. As a business owner he actively works with facilities to increase their volumes, decrease the turnover times, increase the profitability of the centers, and decrease the overall expense of anesthesia. He actively meets with Senators, House Representatives, and Legislators to promote the health needs of our communities and works closely with them to mold the future of healthcare for this country.
